General Meeting Minutes

Location: Butte des Morts Lions Club
The General Meeting of the Butte des Morts Conservation Club was called to order at 6:30 PM by Bruce Loberg.
1. Communications
• We received $150 in donations from Marty Weber Memorial. Donations continue to come in through our website.
2. Property / Trail Updates
• Guideposts Brochure: Lawanda is working on the brochure.
• Lift: Decision made to scrap the lift; revisit in spring.
• Breakwall Project (Phase 2):
– Permit amended to allow work during sturgeon spearing and open-water work.
– Radtke is the low bidder. Fully funded for Ice work.
– Work will begin Monday, February 16th. Jordan will post trail closure on Facebook and the website.
• Fish Stick Project will be starting
• Inside Rock Removal: Art continues work on.

• Strategic Plan: Seeking leaders.
• UW–Oshkosh Grant: Art to follow up.
• Building Cleanup: Second full load removed; garage repairs needed. Bruce is contacting Matt MacArthur (Night Hawk Construction).
• Parking Lot Bridge: Bruce to develop 8’ x 8’ viewing platform sketch for Ty Johntson.
• UW–Oshkosh Grant: Art to follow up.
