The General Meeting of the Butte des Morts Conservation Club was called to order on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Winklers Westward Ho at 6:30pm by Bruce Loberg.
- Communications
- Kate Fuller from Oshkosh Area Community Foundation will be attending our April Meeting
- Property Insurance for 2024 is $1700
- Property/Trail Update
- Spring Clean Up will be April 6th at 9AM That will be the same day that the trail will be opening up to Public. Raindate of April 13th
- Breakwall Project – Bruce will be having meeting with DNR/County/Fox Wolf about grant/cost plans
- Wiouwash Clean Up – Jordan will complete once it gets warmer
- Parking Lot Camera Project: Need to mark hole locations for Brad. Dave Lux is looking into solar powered gate costs
- Fundraising
- Spring Raffle – See Jordan for signing out tickets to sell!
- Golf Outing – Jordan will be putting on Golf Outing on Sunday, August 18th at Winchester Hills.
- Memberships – Post another reminder to renew online. Print out previous lists to contact previous members. We would like to reach our membership list to 60 members
- Buildings – Bruce met with Randy Stafford Construction. Estimate to update: Barn building: $225,000 Garage in the back (not insured right now): $85,000 Hunting Shack: $80,000 (needs new footings) Orchard Shed: $5,000 repair wood structure and new gravel. Schoolhouse Garage: $5,000. Schoolhouse: $10,000 (windows doors and floor)
- Town Picture Update: Ron will take an aerial picture when things green up and get an updated picture to the town
